We are very happy with the staff , and find the management extremely receptive to comments. Terrible facility, the staff is over worked and UNDER PAID.The staff to resident ratio is unbelievable you can see they are very tired, 26 residents per CNA on night shift, how can they provide care!! Out of date equipment, beds, small rooms, no supplies, residents are not being cared for properly due to staff turnover.

Rehab is the Hilton compared to the rest of of the facility. The halls smell like feces more often than not. I have caught the staff yelling at residents several times, staff ignoring residents when they are clearly trying to ask for help.
All the other rooms had two people in them, and that just doesn't work for some elderly that are still in good shape. I don't think my mother-in-law would do that at all. It had been renovated and looked really nice, and the people I met were very friendly and nice. Given the current climate of our society and our concern with elder abuse and violence to large facilities, this place is scary!!! Anyone can enter this facility and go anywhere they want including patient rooms and do heaven knows what to the patients without being noticed or questioned. My family made sure that there was always one family member there with her during the visiting hours.
